Hi, I'm Jessica Beggins Houston. A third-generation Realtor at CENTURY 21 Beggins, a legacy started by my grandfather Jim Beggins who introduced the franchise to Florida in the '70s. My parents, Craig and Angelique Beggins, founded CENTURY 21 Beggins in 1992, and with family members like my uncle Jeff, they expanded to 9 offices across Tampa Bay. Working from our South Tampa location, I'm part of this family business alongside my sister, Sam, who coordinates contracts and compliance.

My lifelong Tampa Bay residency and upbringing in a real estate family have deeply informed my professional approach. I'm committed to understanding my clients' needs, offering them tailored plans for buying or selling homes. I'm also an active supporter of the local Easterseals Foundation, serving on the Tampa board and chairing their annual networking event.
